What’s the best time to visit Cairo, Egypt?

Egypt can be cruel in summer and in winter. It is highly recommended not to travel during these seasons. The most suitable time for you to travel to the city is either in fall (September to November), or in spring (February to April). The weather during this time is much better for tourists. These rather pleasant seasons help you explore great sites and busy streets and dig better into this civilization’s history. Celebrated on February 22nd and October 22nd is the festival created by Ramses II in which the sunlight gets into his temple at Abu Simbel two times each year. The first celebration is made on February 22nd to celebrate his ascension to the throne, and the second is on October 22nd to celebrate his birthday.

From the museum, you can visit Saqarra, an ancient burial ground, thirty minutes by taxi from the pyramids of Giza. It is a place for the people who want to discover the dead and learn about the Egyptian idea of the afterlife. The walls with hieroglyphs tell the whole story.
